Their so called "security guard" is being difficult I've tried to keep saying to him that I have an onsite schedule to this company at 9:30 AM but that security guard keeps insisting that they wont allow applicants to even enter until 10 AM 9 AM is too early to ruin my day If you want your day to be also ruined then try applying for a job here

This company is worst. They don't value time and effort of their applicants. My sister wasted her time (whole day) and effort applying for a job because of their incompetent HR / recruitment process. She waited from 6pm to 12mn for a final interview. She was told that the interview will happen around 9pm but she was only interviewed around 12mn, and took only less than10minutes to finish. Ending is, she didn't get a job becaise she's not fitted for the sales job referred by their recruitment where in fact she clearly stated that she's applying for a Customer Service rep role instead of Sales Rep. How could you trust this company if they don't have good values and respect to their applicants. They deserve zero or negative rating if these options are avalable.

Not a good place to work... We are almost done with the training and we're about to hit the floor. Then suddenly client stopped the ongoing waves of trainings. As a result huge number of trainees will be transfered to a different account. A pioneering account which only needs 80 agents. Our training in the said new account is not that good especially we really lack training materials(pc), Can you just imagine 1 PC 3 trainees. How can we really learn if that is the training environment. After a week of product training, most of the deserving candidates and techy trainees did not make it, the company let go of those deserving people, The call validation is so unfair coz the TL's did not even give us a second chance. How can we navigate the tools if in the training room the computers is 1 is to 3. That's horrible! I will never recommend that account to my colleagues.
